These people claim to be a collection agency and they violate several Fair Debt Collection Practices Act such as claiming the filed a summons in a court which they did not. Says they filed a IRS Form 1099C to enforce collection (look up this form!). I tried to call back to get the name of the company and address but was told that if I called again they would call the police. Now they hang up when I call. I reported it to the FTC. Please do the same to show a pattern of criminal activity so the FTC will investigate.
