Called, didn't leave a message

They say they are calling from the federal crime investigation department. They state I must call them back the minute I get the message or they will hold my social security number against something. Very difficult to understand because of accent (foreign).

This number is calling claiming to be an officer named John Peterson with a middle eastern accent. has last four digits of my social...please proceed with caution, believe this to be a scam.

This phone number has been calling me stating they are part of the federal crime department and there have been three complaints filed against me for a internet loan which we did not get. Continues to call threatening to make trouble for me at work, take me to court, call local authorities and have me arrested.
