This phone number belongs to a person committing fraud and harassment threats

On April 13, 2022, I received a text from an unknown number:573-320-9787, which included an image. I did not open the text. Instead I researched it and blocked the number. Discovered very little, other than, the number is a landline; the carrier is Onvoy, and the location is Van Buen, MO. I believe this to be a phishing scam or someone trying to infect my phone.
