Threatened my business and my family

The caller said her name was Nicole. Did not state what company she was from. Indicates there was a complaint in her office about me and gave me a number 195-10302 which I think is bogus and threatening to send documents to my home and place of employment.

Calls asking if it's (your name ) and when you say yes she answers how are you then tells you about something when you say you can't hear her to well her voice is sounding far away from the phone she says sorry is this better. Then hangs up. When I looked it up it states coming from Winamac, IN but the does not tell you who the number belongs to.
