(575) 562 in Portales, NM

This number has called a few times & all they do is stay quiet I've tried calling it but it juss rings then ignore

I received a text msg from this number on 3/1/2020 at 2:56pm EST as follows: "You're not you when you're hungry or you're quiet about local policy!" "Speak up now:" . and then it gives some sort of link. I have a flip phone so I can't look at it even if I wanted to, which I do not.

spammed, asshole kept calling

Caller ID showed only Portales, NM which is the location. I've now blocked them.
