The number is that of one Gary D, Tobin Jr. He uses the phone in his illicit Escort Service. Offering sexual service Man for Man. Man for Woman. He is obviously a degenerate and a likely predator. He seams to be pimping a woman in a level of distress. He controls her phone her debit card. Over charges her rent etc. This number has been reported to NY DOL. As a case of defrauding the People of New York State. RE; His prostitute, she thinks fiancee. Was collecting unemployment benefit at the time. He made one threat to cause physical harm to one of her few true friends. The Police and DOL have been notified. ely

Who ever called me from this number called me at 6:30 a.m. MST. They claimed to be with Mega Millions and told me I was a winner. I told them that can't be as I don't play and he said you don't have to play. I then hung up on him. I called back just to see if it was a disconnected number and he answered and proceeded to call me all kind of foul names. I hung up and he called me again using more foul language and getting sexually explicit. Disgusting!
