Same as others. Claimed to be from IRS, threatened that there would be a lawsuit filed in local court if I didn't call back to resolve the issue. Few days later, the number is no longer working. Heavy Indian accent.

Generic computerized message claiming from Irs filing lawsuit against us and to call this number. Clearly a scam to get information-Ignored.

Received the same call as described by others where the message stated there was a lawsuit. I knew better than to call the number back as the did not sound official at all.

person said they were from the IRS and about a law suit for back taxes, I returned the call the person spoke in a heavy indian accent, he hung up after I asked to come to their office to resolve any issues. I didn't give any information

caller claims to be an IRS Agent. please call police.

Caller is claiming on a message left on my telephone that a lawsuit has been entered against me. My name is not mentioned and the nature of the lawsuit is not described. Legal action is most likely received by normal mail delivery. I did not reply to the call. They are probably trying to get your personal information.
