The caller kept calling me and never said anything

none to make.

Unsolicited call from this number. Did answer, recall little about the conversation, but made no commitment or offer. Two days later a person visited me indicating I had agreed to a meeting. I had not. When I was not at home for the visit, he did not call or leave word, just showed up again two hours later and talked to my wife about a new visit time. Multiple calls to this number to clarify the situation have always been met with a busy signal. I did not agree to anything, including a meeting, and do not want further contact by this number or individual.
