Keeps calling I believe Makayla Mckensie is behind the number stalking and harassing

Very rude and ugly. They were supposed to help with medicare dual eligibility. Then decided to tell me how stupid I was for staying with my husbands current Oncologist after I had just said that we wanted to switch. They did the "dual enrollment" last year and my husbands insurance was fine. After the enrollment he was being investigated for Medicare fraud and placed under and active investigation in both states. They enrolled my husband for insurance Medicaid and Medicare insurance in 2 states which is against the law. When they did this Medicaid dropped his coverage and then we had to pay cash to see the Oncologist and cash for chemo and prescriptions because his insure would not cover anything at all for him. And it seems nobody can fix this no matter who I call. Now they tell me how stupid I am because they screwed everything up!
