This number calls every other day and asks for my husband, I ask if I can take a message and they say "no"

This Telemarketer called posing as a collection agency and tried to get my social Security Number

This number from "Out of Area" calls 2-3 time per day. The few times I have picked up the phone - but not said anything - there is NO sound at the other end, even after the usual time for a computer-dialed service to pick up the line when answered.
