scumbag scammers trying for your credit card info

Non-Solicited call. I asked if this was a solicitation and they indicated no. They went through their entire sales ploy and asked if I wanted to get a quote. I asked them if they knew was a solicitation was and they said yes. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she(Gel) returned and said none is available. I said I would wait. After three minutes (Baul) returned and said that this was not a solicitation and then informed me that I don't have to buy if I don't want it. After sharing was a solicitation was according to google he hung up on me.
