Telemarketer calling

left a personal sounding message as a cover to get a return call without leaving details "First name I have a question for you"

I received multiple calls from this number, from someone who claimed to be a lawyer. THIS CALLER IS A TOTAL AND COMPLETE FRAUD!!! The person used the name "Aaron Gomes" and claimed that they work for the Delviny or Dealvely Law Firm. This person has illegally attained my Employer, work number, Social Security Number. He claimed that I was being charged with fraud for not paying a PayDay Loan with "American Cash Advance"; I have not received a PayDay loan at all. I found a web-site called "Who Calls Me" which listed this phone number with very similar stories. BE AWARE THIS IS A TOTAL AND COMPLETE FRAUD!!!
