The caller gives you information about a credit card, they know how much you pay and when it is due and what bank issued it. They say they can lower your interest rate to 5%. They ask if it sounds good and then they call your bank to get you to authorize a $900 charge to your card and they will negotiate the 5% rate for you. When you tell them to forget it they start harassing you and calling several times a day and will even call at 3 am on a Sunday morning and just play hold music. They won't stop calling even when you ask them to.

This number has been calling 917-215-3006 twice a day and hanging up. This is REALLY RUDE! Please make it stop!
