Yes if anyone is on tiktok or social media and gets a message saying they are Kelsey ballerina from this number they are a lair and its probably a scam I havent texted them but they told me they were a country singer and that her management team was in charge of her social media but she sometimes jumps on it to get her fans opinion but its not her regular profile so I knew it was fake but please dont give out your information to them
