This number is connected to a scam that was impersonating a ROKU company that managed to steal money my bank account in the process!

I've been contacted twice by this number, both times stating it was the Consulate for India and that my Visa was flagged for some reason and I needed to talk to an officer at the Consulate to resolve this issue. I do not have an Indian Visa, I don't even own a passport! I have never left the country, and the phone number I use is from Straight Talk, any one else in Midwest America could have had my number before I started using it. He kept asking for my information to verify that they had the right person, I asked him to tell me the first name of the person they were seeking and I could tell them if that was me or not. Instead he repeated my phone number, "Is this you?" I replied "Well, your system called that number and I'm the one who answered. But, who are you looking for?" he would never give me a name (didn't even tell me his name) and kept saying I needed to tell him my information so he could verify it matched on their computer system. I said "I am not giving you my information until you tell me the first name of who you're looking for so I can verify if I'm that person or not before I give you any information." he just progressively got more rude each time he asked for my information until he finally nearly shouted into the phone "I am a man, and you are a woman, you will tell me what I want to know and you will tell me now! What is your information?! If you do not tell me I will send an officer from the consulate to arrest you!" I replied back with "That doesn't work here in America, I don't care if you are a man. I am not a a citizen of India, I do not have a visa for India, I don't even own a passport. You can't arrest me for something I did not do when you won't tell me who you're looking for!" "TELL ME YOUR INFORMATION RIGHT NOW MA'AM, I AM NOT JOKING!" "Put me on a do not call list." "Those don't work here. I can't access the system to do that." "They do in America, where I am from, where I am a CITIZEN of. I am not telling you any of my information until you tell me the first name of who you're looking for, then if I am that person I will tell you what you want to know." He then hung up on me.
