Scammer on facebook, do not buy from Shirley

The number has called me several times.

Unsolicited phone call inquiring about purchasing a property that had no basis for sale.

Was told that I was going to receive $9000 for being a good person paying my bills and taxes. Really sounded sincere. I had 3 options to receive. 1) my bank account 2) my credit card and 3) western union. I was then given and ID # and asked to call 202503 9572. Love it another scam. I usually don't answer but I am waiting for a call.
