said they were social security office

They called 8 a.m. to give schedule an appointment with the SSA. I was suspicious, but I told them I wouldn't give any information. They still gave me an appointment for noon today, and when I went to the SSA office at the time, I confirmed that the caller wasn't spam and that the appointment was valid. When I asked why they were calling from a different state, they said they used a Google number, so the caller ID showed it as calling from another state. So, don't worry, it's not a scam

Someone call me from this number as well

well to find out this is a legit number . I have called it back but never reached anyone and playing tag when they call back. well as of today i have been denied so yes I do believe this is a True number.. its rude that they dont have a number that Id where they are calling from nor even the proper state.

Someone called me claiming that she is an agent from SSA and need to review my cases to see if I still qualify for my check. I want to know if this call is true or if scam

Fraud with SSA. Called me stating to be an agent to verify my social security number and asked me about a previous transaction with SS about detailed earnings report.
