Person sexually harassing people

I received numerous calls from this number (646)547-9646 on Saturday, June 10th 2023. These calls were from a man named Jared Strand who claimed he worked for Carmember Fraud Detection Dept. He said that there were 7 credit cards with my name, my social security number, my DOB, my cell phone# & that I had outstanding balances on all these cards. I only own 2 of these cards. He said he was starting a case of stolen identity. I called CapitolOne & they verified that 2 charges, both in the amount of 500, which was equivalent to $568 had been charged & they were denied by CapitolOne (Cabelas). He then continued to call me & sent me text messages from this# telling me to hang up with them. He insisted that they were spoofing the CC # and to hang up from, that they were the scammers! This guy was able to send me messages using the CapitolOne thread since Ive used the thread before in May & did not erase the legitimate message I had received in May 2023! Im contacting all 3 credit reporting agencies and the FTC to report the very disturbing scam, knowing that this guy had a lot of my personal information, including 2 of my credit cards info! Please contact me when you receive this! You can reach me at (561) 267-2386. Thank you. Cindy Kinkela
