(650) 761 in San Bruno, CA

The phone rings at least 4 times, it appears it came from a CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier). I called this number from a different phone and it went to a message "This number is not in service."

This number called me at 5:45 am on Thursday morning and then again last night at 11:57pm

Caller identified himself as a Walmart employee saying there was a charge of 919.45 on my Walmart account. He was clearly trying to scam money...foreign accent, became angry when I called him on it. I had already checked all my cards and with Walmart no activity noted.
