They text all the time to find fixers

This is a Task Scam. The person is posing as someone offering an online job opportunity named Elizabeth. They offer you an online job opportunity working remotely from home. With income based on salary, commission & principal. It's only after completing the job training that they inform you that you will be paid by crypto currency. The first couple of days you appear to be making money withdrawing it at the end of each day. By the 3rd day you encounter what is known as a Combo app which thereby caused your account to have a negative balance. You must then deposit more money into your account to finish the days work so you can receive your pay. If you can't match the funds you lose your money including the salary plus commissions & bonuses you were promised and thereby lose your investment. The company is using the name Applify at the website Appifykla.cc. They claim to be an Ad promoter website.
