Hang up call.

I received a call from this number at 8:40 p.m. April 23, 2013 asking for either my husband or for me using our last name. I was wanting to send my a slow down for the highway patrol bumper sticker in exchange for $35 or $65. After I told him I don't contribute via the phone, he offered to send me information via mail. I told him that I wouldn't do that either and stopped short of giving him my mailing address. He was polite and hung up.

The numbskulls call and then hang up. don't know if they are wanting a female voice to answer ot what?
