Fraudulent car sales, switching vin #s to sell raggedy cars.

I'm buy a pool and not received I cant cominicate with this sponsor and my bank tell me it's a correct purchase so how I cant get this person or store

The caller falsely represented themselves with the Social Security Admin., and told me that my SS# had been stolen and a warrant had been issued for money laundering, etc...he requested that I put all available funds in a 'voucher' on a CVS or Walmart card...when I asked for return phone number info, he abruptly hung up.

How do I get rid of this caller?
