Receiving texts from scammer threatening my life and extorting money from me

State they are a Nationwide Debt Collector

Calls several times a day before 9 am no message left

I am on national do not call list.

they keep harassing me. they call my cell phone demanding my place of business phone number. we asked to be taken off the no call list but they still continue to call.

Ms. Trice is an idiot. She repeatedly calls making threats. I have told her time and again.... don't speak about it ~ BE ABOUT IT. She is clearly uneducated and unemployed. She's probably lying around in a tattered bath rob, with worn slippers, a head rag, and drinking malt liquor. I think it's hilarious! I've reported her to the FTC and they said to ignore her. I advise everyone else to do the same. This is a scam. Don't give her any of your information and if you have caller ID just ignore her entirely. You may want to consider changing your number. It's sad that it's going on three years when people started posting about her and she still hasn't found a real job or decided to get an education. I feel more sorry for her than the people she's trying to scam. She's obviously desperate, pathetic, and pitiful. If she believes in God, she'll one day have to pay for the lies, chaos, and greed that she attempted to create here on Earth. I have tagged her as a "prank call" because that is what she IS. She's not a debt collector and she's not working for any legitimate company. How can she be categorized as a debt collector when this is actually just a scam? Please don't be fooled people.

I have received several calls at my job and my cell phone from "Victoria Chavez" who claims that I owe a debt. When I asked her to send me the information in writing she said she would and to wait a week. Also, when I call back to her office there is never a company recording.... just a recording that says, "You have reached Victoria Chavez's Office." This is a SCAM! Please do not fall for it. Whenever she would leave me a voice mail she would always say, "I wish you good luck." I see messages about this phone number dating back to 2010. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of hard working people. Over time their name has changed slightly and the phone number has changed slightly. Currently the number is still 678-369-0126. Please do not provide any information to these people. If you want to throw your money away, get in your car.... drive down the street.... open your window.... and throw your wallet out.

Received another call from Mr. Jackson who is pushy and rude. He is harrassing one of our employees telling us he is trying to help us with a fraud issue related to this employee. Our employee is very young and is pretty upset about the calls along with being embarrassed since he has a good credit rating. THIS IS A SCAM ARTIST!

Continued to call after being asked to stop calling our place of business. Very rude and seems to like to ask on of our employees for a credit card number. We consider this to be a form of harassment and will take further steps as warranted.
