Claiming to be rapper Pastor Troy

Called claiming to be from 1&1 and asked for the owner by first name only. They were not here so they tried to "verify" the account asking for address. I gave only the street and they wanted the home address which I refused. then they wanted email address to which I replied loudly and rudely NO and hung up. This is a scammer.

Called. Asked if I could hear them, then hung up. Noisy in the background, like a scammers' workroom. Probably trying to get a yes. Leads me to believe these people are up to no good.

Caller ID says phone number is Atlanta Northeast, GA. 10:48am December 14, 2018. Must be a telemarketer, caller did not leave a voice mail. Suspicious call.

Caller ID shows as Customer Service. This POS used to call from another number that we blocked and now we are being harassed with another number. Phone Companies are so happy to work with these POS spammers to make money and then keep complaining to the inept, incompetent, dimwits, nitwits, stupids, morons, nincompoops in Congress that we don't need any stinking laws because they will police themselves !!!!!!!!!! And the moon is made of moldy cheese and I have a nice swamp land to sell dirt cheap only for $10 M to suckers. Call blocked so these idiots can keep calling, calling, calling because their call will be disconnected after the 1st ring. And if they get another number, the same thing will happen again and again and again.

Identified themselves as 1&1 webhosting, demanded to speak to the owner. When the owner called 1&1 webhosting back, they had no recollection for reason of call. We are lead to believe this is a scammer looking for your information.

Caller Calls asks for me then hangs up, I think they want me to say yes so that they can perform a scam

several calls from this number, never any message.
