Phone Number Report: Called my cell phone. It's illegal in my state for soliciting calls be made to a cell phone without the written permission from the cell phone holder & no business has that from me because I will not give my cell phone number out to businesses. Complaints on other complaint sites state it's a scam stating you won a free Bahama's Cruise.
