using an auto dialer they call my cell regularly will not identify themselves and when I ask what they are selling they hang up every time. Its a cell line they call from with Verizon Im listed on the "do NOT call list" they do say my name,,,dirt bags

Not a sales call. Identified herself as Kimberly Clarkson? Not sure of the last name because she spoke with an accent. Said call 1-702-600-0819 because I am receiving a check. She called the 5th time and I answered. She just insisted that I called this #. I am sure this is a scam.

I recieved the following message on my cell on 12/16/2012. "Mary said to send this to you http://bit.ly/zZr6uh" Didn't try the link. Did, however, look up bitly (bit.ly is bitly). You should give them a call at: 646-678-5610 and ask them why they spammed your cell (not legal.) The CEO of Bitly is Peter Stern, that's who I asked for. He has yet to return my call, but I figure that if enough of us call, they might think the better of spamming us again. I also filed a complaint with the BBB, and reported the number to Verizon's spam number (For Verizon: forward the message to 7726, they'll reply with a msg asking for the business's phone number, I replied with 646-678-5610. recieved a text message. the funny thing is that the message said it was from the 702 number but the the message itself said it was from myself and included a coded site to go to....obviously a prank or hacking possibility.

Message said "Jen said to send this to you". I don"t even know anyone named Jen. Obviously either a telemarketing or phishing attempt. Plahleeeze, how irritating this is. This wastes my message usage units and reallly makes me angry.

Shame on these people!!! Using, "Mary said to send this to you", to get you to open!! This was an ad for Costco.
