unsolicited sales call from a Bill with a company named Radiant Logic looking to sell identity management software

I have a no call filed on my phone number these people are breaking the law.

Got a call from 703 641 3922 Virginia with a message about lower my credit card rates , I pressed 0 & asked the thick India Sounding guy what was the mane of the company I was speaking to , He said Cred Card Services , I asked where they were located & he started talking over me & asked my name , I said you called me seeming to know all about my credit card rates so you should know who I am , I proceeded to start to raise my voice at him & he told me to SHUT UP , Then I really laced into him & I hung up , Seconds later I got a call right back from a 458 301 0453 Oregon # & it was him laughing at me , I hung up on him & he called back again , These people seen to be able to take any area code they want , They are probably not even in this country , I am on the no call registry as well & it does not seem to help. The phone companies need to get a better handle on whats going on with their #'s
