(704) 523 in Charlotte, NC

This is a Spam caller that constantly calls my cell phone even after refusing previous calls aski ng to be removed from call list that is clearly ignored. When blocked they continue to call from various phone numbers to over ride the call block which is an invasion of my privacy as they know they have been blocked continuing to ignor my wishes to not be bothered which is abusive to say the least!!!

Calls several times a day! Right up until 8 pm. Never leaves a message.

Stop calling me at all hours of the day and night and not speak, just breath on the line.

i keep receiving calls from the 704 area code and i don't answer, they don't leave a message so i know it is a telemarketer. i am suppose to be on the no call list, why do they keep calling? i have limited minutes per month, don't want to waste thm on telemarketers.
