Called number back and said it was disconnected

this number belongs to a Steve Clark who scammed me via M&T bank

calls at 9pm at night, says hello and calls me by my first name, I say hello questioningly and they hang up and when i call back to see who it is, they won't answer the phone, I don't know who this is except the number has come up as a telemarketer phone number.
