iPhone does not ring just comes across iPhone stating miss call?

I did not recognize this number and do not know where Cave Springs, GA is located. After receiving information from you I learned that it was from some salesperson with Aetna insurance. The call was in response to a note I had written regarding changes in the Medicare PPO. I expected a response by email but received MULTIPLE telephone calls subsequently. I do not answer calls from unknown numbers. Although this was likely not a "scam", the procedure is rather unprofessional and "pushy sales" fits the protocol.

was called evening of 29 October 2015 and called a liar. this has to be a scam.
