Asking me to verify street address

Dead Silence, then hung up. Suspect Spam or Scam call.

This number is included in a range of numbers used for SPAM calls.

Has failed to deliver product in over 4 months so I would like to cancel the order. I called the number and a recording told me it has calling restrictions! I want a company name and address too. OTHER would mean failure to deliver product promised. So wish to cancel order.
