Ive received calls from this number numerous times looking for a Margarita (last name escapes me). This time some woman called me with an attitude. And hung up before I can ask AGAIN that my number is removed. When I called back, a recording with two menu options1 if I was Margarita and 2 if I was not so my number is removedanswered. There was no option to speak with a person. Its likely they would get cussed out. Not my style. But I would want to speak to an individual in charge because if they feel her attitude is effective in attaining their goal, they need to rethink their process. There is also the thing of harassment. I am interested in pursuing legal action against these individuals for constantly calling this number although theyve been told they have the wrong number. They promise to remove it from their records instead someone else or possibly the same individual calls. What can I legally do?

A woman with a thick Hispanic accent called asking if I was the owner of listed address and if I was looking to sell my house. Sounds like a scammer to me.
