Someone calling to say they have a summons in your name and to verify your address so they can send someone to summons you to court.

Stating they're from the attorney generals office and filing charges against me for fraud.

I received a call from a Micheal Washington stating that I owe some payday loan company by the name of FMS from the year 2006. If I didnt submit payment that day a warrant for my arrest would be issued. The company would give me no proof of this loan and or information. After being scare to death of being arrested I took a loan from my credit union and they tried to submit a cashier check to them. This bogas company replied the only type of payment accepted is a credit card. My credit union stopped payment because the so caledl lawyer couldnt give her ID number. They email me over a letter with no official signatures or telephone number just a fax number. It was a regular word document created in a word template. I could tell there was cut and paste done on the letter. I contacted the General Office in Texas and the the better business burreau and I was informed this company is a scam. This is why they only take electronic deposits. They are un traceable. Please be careful!!!

Total scammers. Use threats of court, criminal action; ignore lawyer requests; total scammers. DO NOT give them any personal information.

This is a fraud, scam group saying they represent the DJR Group and saying that you have defaulted on a loan and that a warrant for your arrest is being issued. They use scare tactics to try and get you to pay off a loan that you never had. Beware!

Frequent caller. Ii no longer answer the phone.

I keep receiving calls from this number even tho my phone number is on the Missouri Attorney Generals no call list. I just send the calls to voice mail and they do not leave me any message or I just decline the call on my phone since it won't stop.
