this number has been calling me 20 times a day and then I finally answered they hung up after saying ashley and that was the end of it

This number was impersonating a coworker. A definite scam to get information.

Unwanted text messages claiming the phone had been hacked

They left a message claiming that I ordered something (I didn't), and that the charges would go against my "plastic card" unless I responded to them immediately! This clearly felt extremely unusual, so I have no intention of responding.

Second or 3rd such call (different #?) person at the other line claims that somebody from Brazil charged an item to my amazon account said that they were calling from amazon support in the state of Washington. According to the report from Spokeo the call came from Wisconsin

I was sent a text asking if I was Paula. I was expecting a return text from someone so I answered yes. I then sent another text asking who it was since I realized the person I texted would have been in my contact list. Got me thinking I might have been scammed so wanted to know where the phone number was from. I was right. I was scammed.
