This phone number was given from a hacked FB profile regarding a car sale, and they were trying to get money up front without seeing the car. The Facebook profile belongs to Sandra R Duran but it has clearly been hacked and being used by a scammer.

Pretending to be someone a celebrity

Forcefully harassing with threats and False names. Saying they are from DSS and Associates claiming check fraud although I dont have any checking accounts. All bills paid for. This is a complete fraud.

States that they have a court date set for Friday to call 855-685-4503 back to be advised of my rights.

this telemaketer called me asking for someone who does not live here andhave no contact i am on a telemarketer no call list they violated this

Annoying. I'm supposed to be on a No Call list for telemarketers.

I have also received a call from a Richard Bender from the same law firm about the same manner. He had a person by the name of Michael Mahoney who claims he is from the court but didn't say what court he was from his came up as 00000 in my phone.

I received a "fake call" from a "county" official saying if I did not call the "attorney" jim scott at this number an affidavit for a bad check was going to be filed on me and a court summons was going to be issued....it is a felony in the state of texas to impersonate a lawyer......these people are not legitimate and this is a scam....

I have received numerous phone calls from this number over a years time looking for a person whom I have never met nor even heard the name of. Upon telling them that they have the wrong number I am usually met with attitude. So today when I recieved a call from them I informed the person I was on the phone with once again that I am not the person they are looking for and that this has been my phone number for 9 years and that they have my information in error, I was told "Well ma'am I haven't called you before so I don't know what to tell you." and she hung up on me. I called back to inform whomever is important enough at this ridiculous establishment that I am not who they are looking for and that I would appreciate it if I did not recieve any more calls. The gentleman on the phone made no apologies simply offered to remove my number from the list, what I would like to know is how many lists do they have, given I have been assured of this several times before. I am tired of these people calling me. This is getting ridiculous.
