Calls and never leaves a message

If you receive a call one time from this NY area code more than likely they will call again from a different last four numbers. Stating the obvious I know

I have received a number of calls from this number but they leave no message and if I answer there is no reply from them.

When she said this is Eva with caterpillar, I said thank you but we are all set. She says in her sexy voice, we'll I wasn't calling to set anything up. We'll what are you calling for then? Nevermind. And she hangs up. Her approach sucks to the woman of the house answering her call.

it's a guy he say ---- pay your bill ---- hangs up, I don't know who it is or what they are talking about it. They also block the number.
