telemarketer trying to sell stuff my number is on the do not call list so why are these idots calling me ?????????????

who ever keeps calling my cell and you can keep saying "helo" and wait and repeat yourself like four times next thing you hear is "googby" No one ever talks.

This person has called me 3 times and will not leave a message with my husband, and also one time when my husband answered the phone this person hung up on him without even asking for me. I haven't been home when he phoned so I don't know what he wants.
