asking for money 200 dollar gift card for a child

Debt collector keeps calling every hour even after saying wrong number. They say they are capital solutions/ collections group.

spams me every. single. day. MULTIPLE TIMES A DAYS 4 the past few days. calls at 9:45(roughly) AM every day followed by another call around 3pm at LEAST. i get spam calls a lot and don't interact w/ em (don't answer, especially do not call back) so as not to alert scammers tht my number's active. but i haven't had many cases like this. ONE landline- continuously calling me at specific times every single day-despite not having kids made the last no reason to even have SUSPICION that my account is active.
