Calling multiple times, I believe it maybe a deranged ex using google voice to harass me.

I was doing a search for a repair manual and all of a sudden multiple boxes come up and a voice says that my computer is locked because of a virus and that I must call this number to get it off my computer because it is at risk of infecting their network.. The caller said he was a Windows Defender employee that when I was on a website and it shut down my computer and told me to call 1-855-628-3323 there was fuzzy noise and I hung up and I was immediately called from this number 724-609-5672 and some guy with an Indian (India) accent was trying to make me pay to get my computer to work again by letting him remove a trojan virus from my computer but I had already restarted and checked my Norton and windows defender and I had nothing wrong showing and no sign of any activity on my network so this is a bad guy go shut him down. Thank you.

I have been corresponding by txt only with this number. Trying to find out if who I'm dealing with is legit.

I received a text message saying that they were the Cracker Barrel Home Office and wanted me to take a survey. I worked there before the Covid-19 pandemic. I was not called back to work or had heard from anyone. I took the survey and a week later I was contacted by someone from the Cranberry Cracker Barrel as to if I was going to come back to work. I now have no access to the sign in to see my work schedule or anything else. Seems pretty fishy. I called the # and got an automated reply about if this was an emergency to contact some from the Char (sp?) team or dial 911.
