Running scam on Facebook. Claims to sell Frenchie puppies

Keeps calling won't leave message

Call me at 9:46 am was a record saying that they can reduce and lower my credit card to 6% (cent)

this number called me on 2/14/17 at 8:50am

They called me about lowering my credit card interest rate then I was supposed too return their and so they could lower the interest rate and I was told that if I didn't return their call I would loose the chance to do same and they really picked the wrong man and if possible I would hope that they get punished appropriately thanks for your time.

When I dial this number back there is no ring connection therefore I have no idea who this number belongs to. My phone is not giving me the usual ringing when hears when a call is being placed so I don't know if someone is trying to steal my personal information!

Get robo calls from this no offering lower percentage on credit card, but never say what card. I hang up but they ask me to dial 1 for the offer.
