SPAM call, didnt speak when answered the phone

Some how found out personal information and kept calling.

His name is jesse so proof your info os wrong

call and don't talk

When returning the call it is the same message as several other phone number claiming I recently visited one of their affiliated websites (which is very likely not true b/c I never give this phone number out to random websites). I have pressed "2" to "be placed on our do not call list" but the calls from other numbers and the exact same phone number keep on coming in. When I pressed "1" to get more information. Usually they hang up. When they don't hang up they refuse to give any information about the company they said that I might qualify for $100 gift card if I pay for $4.95 s&h. I asked for a website and they said that the website will be given AFTER paying the $4.95 s&h. All they will say is they are in the Rewards Department at Value Pass. On one call they gave a street address of 1145 Lincoln St, Clearwater, FL (but nothing is there). One call said that their website is valuepass.com which forwards to coupons.com. Another said the website is value-pass.com which forwards to godaddy.com. Another time they said it is secret unless you are a member.
