These They never know when to quit is just on and on with these people .

says united health care

Mt caller ID said this was "United Healthcare" -- whatever that is. But when I answered, the line was dead quiet. I waited a few moments to see if anyone would say something, but silence continued. So, on a hunch, I lay my telephone down and went about my business. My telephone lay there in silence FOR FORTY-FIVE MINUTES ! This makes no sense to me ..... I suppose the line was still connected to them, so they ended up paying some money for that unanswered call. These people are a combination of a nuisance and a cockroach.

Keeps calling but no one speaks.
