I to am being harrassed by a hispanic female, who calls from this number looking for a "Cindy". I explained the first time she called that I have no clue who she calling for and asked that she remove my number from her lists. The caller continued to question me about persom she was looking for, so I asked her to please remove my number from her list and ended the call. The same number 770-134-5678 has called several time in the past 2 weeks and is calling my home phone. When the same female called me today, I had to get nasty, I am tired of the calls and made mention the I was being harrassed, and that I felt like this was a violation of the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collections Practices Act), and that if she would identify her company, I would have my lawyer take action, she got completly quiet. She didn't hang up, the line stayed open and after a few seconds I ended the call. Only cowards and con-men would hide behind a false, Skype, number.

This number is harrassing me. It rings my cell every day about 5 times a day. I tried calling it back and of course it does not go through because it is not a valid number. Is there something that can be done about this? I do not answer now and they do not leave a message. In the past I picked up a few times and there was noise in the background but no one responding to my hello. This has been going on for several months now.
