They keep calling me and say I owe money and I DON'T HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING BILLS

Calling about account with aiu you owe past of 500:00 .Will offer a settlement of 307.00 if paid now on phone by credit card or check over the phone today. Account considered closed Didnt want to give out that imformation over the phone . Felt like they just wanted my account imformation. Didnt call for awhile Then called me back giving me same line about account . Offered to pay by money order .I was told that they would finally except it paying by money order after a period of time going back and forth about how i would only pay it . But it had to be the full amount then . So I got a money order made out to a payment of 50.00.I sent it and it was returned address unknown I called to ask why it was returned to me and was told i had wrong address which i had wrong POB number . Then I was told the same thing I was when they called me at first. I told them the only way I would agree with that is if it was by a cash card. So they accepted that . Went to get a prepaid debut card and called them back with the card number . I got same thing as far as feeling that they were not legal bussiness This was already after I submitted them with the imformation to pay my debt . told them that I wasnt paying the debt that i agreed to . They asked how could I do that basically it was too late because I already submitted my payment. So I told them that I would stop payment my card. So they still told me that it was too late that I already made the payment and said that the account was closed Nd they hung up on me so that they would'nt have to listen to me any more.

stop this abuse...i do NOT answer any calls from numbers that I do not know.

They call my home anywhere from 7am to 10 pm. I have told them they have the wrong person, and that it is illegal to call that early in the am and in the pm. They are the nastiest people I have ever dealt with and are quite vulgar. I'm on the Do Not Call list and told them if they continued i was going to sue their company, so what do they do..... call every 30 min. I have complained to everyone I could and have reported them to my state reps, who are to help stop the calls but they keep coming. NOW WHAT!!! I'm about to open a can of whoop butt on someone!!!
