(773) 352 in Chicago, IL

Caller identified as Steve Kennedy from Merchants. Would not give any further information but knew my name and family members names. When requested to identify what Merchants was/is, he became irritated and said he can't give any other information. He has my information, but I can't theirs? Very peculiar and unprofessional. I looked up this company "Merchants" and there is nothing in Chicago, IL with that name although the phone number is a 773 number.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THIS IS BECAUSE YOU ONLY GAVE ME MINIMUM INFORMATION, THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Unknown, didnt say nothing but my name and hung.
