Nobody there. Called cell which I don't give out and before 9 AM

Scammer who tricked my girlfriend into sending them money

they prank called me over and over

They called my sister home phone and she let me listen to the message talking about they will send a summon and have the sheriff come to arrest me for a unspecified debt they never said the name of the debt or the amount all they keep saying is Allen Petersen this has been going on for some time but I will see that these phone call or skip tracing they are doing is put to a stop. Cookie

They ask for my daughter. She has spoken w/ them before. The caller says that he has been asked to file a civil suit against her and wants her side of the story. They then say if she will pay w/ her debit or credit card, sometimes $300 other times $500.00, it will be paid in full. When asked who is filing and to send a bill, they claim they have or they will. We have yet to be served, as they threaten, or receive anything. The message is from Allen Peterson. This has been on going for about 2 years. By the grace of God, she has not given her account #s and all they have are the last 4 of her SS. Thank You, K Baxley
