It rings a few times before it hangs up

This number calls numerous times a day .if u answer it hangs up .if u call back it says u can opt out but if u do they still call.

I am going to report to an agency who will fine them.

This recording left a message saying I had a complaint against me and ro,. It did not even give a name who it was intended for and you couldnt get a person or leave a message because the mail box was full. They should be shut down.Now I see I am not the only one.

The call was intended for my father who has been dead for over 20 years, never lived in my house or town, and never used my phone number. I filed a complaint with FTC.

Just got the call this morning stating there is a RO against me & that I need a lawyer etc. What a shame they are allowed to get by with threats as at first it scares you & then you realized it's all false. Something should be done.

Outrageous call with a false implied lawyer and restraining order. This needs to stop. Do not ever call me again.

Received a similar message as others have but no one responsed. My attorney is preparing a law suit!

I have received legal threats from this company. None Of which I am aware. They are recorded messages and I have not been successful in reaching a live person.

Called our cell phones and my Father's house phone. Stating we are being sued from a company I never heard of and that there is a restraining order, really! When I told the man, who never identified himself, it wasn't my bill but that I would help resolve the issue, he just said paperwork to show up in court would be sent to me, that was a week ago! No paperwork as of today. Would not give me any information to help me to help them. It is a credit card, I keep copies of all my credit card accounts open and closed and that name wasn't on any of them. He had no problem threatening that our accounts would be seized and our tax returns as well!
