Saying to pay or he would kill me etc etc

It was an unwanted call from an anonymous person who said they know my name, my bfs address, and the exact model and year of my car..

I received a text message for a job position I applied through Indeed. sending me a link if I was interested in the position. The link will prompt to a message that said I was about to provide sensitive information and that it was not recommended to continue. I proceeded and there was the job description and a form for me to complete with my personal info such as address phone number etc. the sender was Crystal Snyders who identified herself as having a small Virtual assistant company. I looked her up on LinkedIn and profile does not say much. I don't know what to think.
