UNKNOWN anonymous call to a cell phone (ILLEGAL!) This # has a LONG history of TELESCAMMING. Reports going back to 2015 on other sites, citing "SOLAR PANELS." Most of the reports more recently are for some bogus 'Police Officers' "Charity" - likely FAKE. NEVER a good idea to donate to ANYONE who cold calls you because there is just no way to verify their legitimacy AND a good portion of your $ goes to the TELESCUM.

Caller stated his was from CapitolOne offering to give me a lower percentage rate if I would kindly "confirm" my card number. Spoke with accent. I disconnected and he called me back one a different number 978 237-9508 saying he was a supervisor. I called CapitalOne and they confirmed that the call did not come from them.

called me 3 x's in the last two days, i told him i was on the do not call list, they kept calling, auto ext warranties i think they said it was .

They call repeatedly, they are rude and they have told me two different stories about who they are and what they are selling! I believe this may be a scam! They call at all hours of the night and on weekends!

They are rude, refuse to take my number off their call list. Call all time of day and into the night.
