Called and left a voicemail never left a company name but said that I must call them back and that my bill (from the unknown company) would increase by 50% if I didn't. Obvious scam!!!

UNKNOWN anonymous call to a cell phone (ILLEGAL!) This # has a LONG history of TELESCAMMING. Reports going back to 2015 on other sites, citing "SOLAR PANELS." Most of the reports more recently are for some bogus 'Police Officers' "Charity" - likely FAKE. NEVER a good idea to donate to ANYONE who cold calls you because there is just no way to verify their legitimacy AND a good portion of your $ goes to the TELESCUM.

I did not answer the phone because they have called before so I knew what it was ,I keep a list of call that I do not know

unwanted call

Caller stated his was from CapitolOne offering to give me a lower percentage rate if I would kindly "confirm" my card number. Spoke with accent. I disconnected and he called me back one a different number 978 237-9508 saying he was a supervisor. I called CapitalOne and they confirmed that the call did not come from them.
