Stop calling me, this is harassment...

calls and hangs up

Got 2 calls from this number. Both times tried to call back and you get a recording saying this number is no longer in service and the new number is....all you hear is a beeeeep. Then nothing. Is someone hijacking this phone # and not paying for their service? The 2nd call the man actually asked for me by saying Mrs.....? I said hello somewhat late and then no response and the caller was gone. This is a nusance and reported it to Verizon and they reported it to the Do No Call registry. I will call my phone carrier and have this number blocked from my incoming calls.
